The Wyalusing Hotel Annex is currently underway in Wyalusing, PA. The foundation and site preparation will soon be ready for the delivery of modules from IDBS' off-site construction facility in Liverpool, PA. The project contract was signed in mid-December 2011. Construction of the modules for the 12,150 sq ft hotel began in late January taking just 2 weeks. All 16 of the modules were set and weather-tight by March 2012.
