Setting of modules began for Westside Arterial townhomes in Dubuque, Iowa on October 13, 2011. The contract of 10 total buildings was signed in August 2011. During Phase I, 4 buildings will be completed. Each building contains 6 living units. Each living unit has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Also included with each unit is a full basement and attached garage.

Phase I is nearing completion in February 2012. The first three buildings are complete and sold. The fourth building is undergoing the on-site finish work.

The overall process for Westside is running smoothly largely due to the relationships developed between all parties - engineers, on-site superintendent, IDBS team, and the developer - during the Radford Apartment project. (View more information on Radford.)
