The Pine Run property is made up of cottages arranged in friendly neighborhood groupings, a community center, and health center with covered walkways throughout the grounds. The addition of the Fringetree Court apartments, meets the day-to-day needs of seniors with the convenience of larger two-bedroom apartments.

Fringetree Court offers private garage space with elevator access along with larger, two-bedroom apartments. Four different floor plan layouts make up the apartment building - some layouts include an additional study. Each of the three levels have eight living units for a total of 24 living units.
