Key Points:

Ferrum College is a four-year primarily residential college in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwestern, Virginia. The college is located just 35 miles south of Roanoke, Virginia and 70 miles north of Greensboro, North Carolina. Ferrum has over 1,000 undergraduate students enrolled, and 80 percent live on Ferrums's 700 acre campus.
To help meet the growing demand of students living on campus, Ferrum College contracted with IDBS' sister company, Mod-U-Kraf, as the design builder to create the Margaret M. Clark Hall dormitory. This dormitory is the newest student housing facility on the Ferrum grounds and was designed to fit in with the existing architecture. Due to our speed and efficiency, we were again able to contract this as a stipulated sum project.
